The county auditor is the chief financial officer for the county. As such, the auditor has auditing and reporting responsibilities for the entire county government. By statute, the auditor is responsible for the "strict enforcement of the law governing county finances".
The above documents are available for public inspection in the Office of the County Auditor located at 162 West First Street, Groveton, Texas from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, except holidays.
